Traditional Talk-back systems use 4 wires for 2-way communicate between control room and talk-back speakers. Wattn systems use an innovative architecture can communicate using only 2-wires thus reducing the overall wiring costs by half
TALK-BACK CONSOLE
Talk-back console is a micro-controller based wall or desk mounting unit with zone selection keypad, LED and LCD indication. It has goose neck microphone and a PTT switch (Press to Talk and Release to listen) to make announcements. The console communicates with the switching unit through data and audio lines and draws the power from same.
SWITCHING UNIT
This is a standard 19" rack mountable unit designed with the state of art switching systems. The unit interfaces with all other components like talkback speaker, main junction box, amplifier and the talk-back console. It consists of zone relay switching modules to provide the necessary switching operation based on the inputs from the talk-back console. The outputs of unit are terminated into the main distribution box through a factory wired 5 meter cable.
TALK-BACK SPEAKER
The wall mounting talk back speaker is for emergency communication. It has full range loudspeaker for speech reproduction in apartments, schools, high rise buildings, hotels and restaurants. The talk back speaker has single 6W speaker. The appearance and color are aesthetic and the Installation is both quick and easy, The unit has two 25mm knockouts on top and bottom for cable entry.
